Activities Associate

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking an Activities Associate. This role is perfect for someone who lives for creating excitement and joy for our guests of all ages As part of our team, you’ll embody our Promise to Lead with Love guiding, supporting, and inspiring associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences. Your professionalism and helpful attitude will set the tone for a positive overall impression of the Kalahari.

Key Responsibilities

• Get ready to plan, organize, and host fun events like holiday celebrations, competitions, and exciting group activities that guests will be talking about for years!
• You'll be the heart of the fun, creating daily and seasonal activity schedules, performing interactive events and coordinating special character appearances
• Collaborate with our awesome resort team and department heads to make sure every event runs smoothly and is communicated to our guests.
• Want to leave a lasting impression? You’ll work closely with marketing to share your memorable moments on social media, showing off the fun to the world!
• You’ll also be keeping things fresh by brainstorming new, exciting ways to bring smiles to our guests' faces.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to make sure every activity is a hit.
• Confidence in guest service, with the ability to answer questions, solve problems, and ensure every guest feels part of the fun.
