Your Role as an Activities Aide

As an Activities Aide, you will help create meaningful moments and enriching experiences for our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading engaging individual and group activities tailored to residents’ interests and abilities
  • Providing personalized in-room activities such as music, reading, and creative projects for bed-bound residents
  • Assisting with the development of our monthly activity calendar
  • Maintaining safe, clean, and welcoming activity spaces
  • Communicating important updates to supervisors and caregivers to ensure each resident feels supported and seen

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in a skilled nursing facility is a strong plus
  • Prior experience as an activity aide or activity director is highly preferred
  • CPR certification is a bonus
  • A positive attitude, creativity, and a genuine desire to brighten residents’ days
