The Pines at Placerville is looking for a Part-Time Activity Assistant to join our Activities team!
As an Activity Assistant, you’ll help create meaningful and engaging experiences for our residents through games, crafts, music, social events, outings, one-on-one activities, and more. This is an opportunity to make a genuine difference in the lives of the people we serve while working alongside a supportive team.
We’re looking for someone who is:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience working in a skilled nursing, assisted living, senior living, healthcare, recreation, or activities setting is preferred, but we are happy to consider candidates who have the right attitude, personality, and desire to make a difference.
This position involves frequent standing, walking, reaching, pushing/pulling, talking, and interacting with residents. The ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist with various physical activities may be required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the position.
