What You'll Do

  • Lead engaging group and one‑on‑one activities designed for memory care residents
  • Support residents in experiences that enhance daily life, dignity, and purpose
  • Encourage social connection through creative and stimulating programming
  • Assist with activity documentation to support program development and improvement
  • Partner with nursing and care staff to maintain a fun, safe, and resident‑centered environment

What You Bring

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Active CNA certification required
  • Memory care experience preferred
  • Compassionate, creative, and enthusiastic about working with older adults
