Position: Admin Staff
Location/s:
-One Sanparq, San Antonio Park Square, Brgy. Mandalagan, Bacolod City
-Cebu IT Park, Cebu City
Qualifications:
The Admin Staff is expected to perform a wide range of administrative activities in the clinic which include but are not limited to the following:
Prepares various reports for submission to Client Site HR (data on pre-employment physical examination, annual physical examination, clinic transactions, etc.)
Provides assistance in HMO-related activities of Site personnel (enrollment, availments, etc.)
Schedules and coordinates executive check-ups and annual physical examination of site employees
Validates medical certificates; Responds to queries and requests for data and info from Site HR
Other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned depending on business need
