Job Description

A private family in Miami Beach is seeking an active, engaging, and experienced Manny/Nanny to assist with the care of three boys, ages 2.5, 5, and 7. The family is expecting a baby, and there is already a full-time nanny on staff. This role will primarily focus on afternoon, evening, and weekend support for the three boys.

The ideal candidate will have previous nanny or manny experience, enjoy working with young children, and be active, energetic, and engaging. A candidate who enjoys sports and can help keep the children active would be a great fit.

Schedule:
Monday: 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Tuesday: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Wednesday: 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Thursday: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Friday: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Sunday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Total: Approximately 30 hours per week
The candidate will have every other weekend off, approximately two weekends off per month.

Responsibilities Include:

• Pick up children from school and drive them to activities
• Unpack lunch boxes and assist with after-school routines
• Serve dinner and ensure the children are fed
• Assist with bath time and bedtime routines
• Help with homework, reading, engagement, and play
• Encourage active play, sports, and age-appropriate activities
• Assist with light household tasks related to the children
• Clean up after children’s meals and activities
• Put away children’s personal items
• Assist with the children’s wardrobe and select clothing for the next school day
• Work alongside the family’s full-time nanny and support the household routine

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous nanny, manny, childcare, or private household experience
• Experience working with private families and references from previous families
• Active, energetic, and comfortable keeping children engaged
• Sports-minded or comfortable encouraging physical activity
• Comfortable driving children to and from school and activities
• Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record
• A car will be provided for work-related driving
• Reliable, organized, patient, and professional
• Seeking a long-term opportunity with a private family

Compensation:
$35–$45 per hour, based on experience.
