About the Activation Specialist - AudioGO (SiriusXM Team Support):

MarketStar is looking for an Activations Specialist to support our AudioGo team, with a primary focus on driving self-serve platform adoption and activations.

In this role, you will engage prospects and guide them through the process of signing up, onboarding, and successfully launching campaigns within AudioGo’s self-serve platform. You will serve as the first point of contact, helping users quickly realize value and remove friction in the activation journey.

Rather than focusing solely on meeting generation, your success will be measured by your ability to convert interest into active, self-serve customers and accelerate time-to-value for new users.

Location: Salt Lake City , UT (Hybrid)

What Will You Do?

  • Convert inbound and outbound interest into completed account setup and platform activations

  • Guide prospects through onboarding, including account creation, campaign setup, and initial launch

  • Remove friction in the user journey by proactively addressing objections, gaps, and drop-off points

  • Drive first campaign launch and early usage milestones to ensure successful activation

  • Educate customers on how to use the platform to achieve their business outcomes quickly

  • Deliver an exceptional first experience that builds confidence in AudioGo’s platform

  • Develop strong product expertise to position the platform effectively for SMB and mid-market advertisers

  • Continuously learn and stay current on platform updates, features, and use cases

What Will You Need to Succeed?

  • Experience in sales, business development, or customer onboarding (SaaS or digital advertising preferred)

  • Strong ability to drive conversions, not just conversations

  • Customer-first mindset with a passion for helping users succeed independently

  • Ability to simplify complex workflows and guide users step-by-step to activation

  • Strong communication, listening, and objection-handling skill

  • High attention to detail and process discipline in managing funnel progression

  • Experience with CRM and sales engagement tools (Salesforce, SalesLoft, Outreach.IO preferred)

  • Self-motivated approach to managing outbound lead lists and maintaining high task hygiene without relying on inbound volume.
