Role & Responsibilities

As an Activation Coordinator, you will own and drive the annual integrated activation strategy across B2C channel, ensuring strong engagement of our Active Base and supporting sustainable business growth.

Location: Prague

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Owning and managing the Annual Coffee, Accessory, Machines and Promotional Activation Plan in alignment with global launches and themes
  • Coordinating acquisition and machine renovation plans across direct channels and trade, in close collaboration with Product, Trade and Channel teams
  • Effectively targeting the Active Base with relevant and engaging incentives, leveraging insights from CE&I and commercial teams
  • Delivering defined business uplift, monitoring performance and adjusting plans when needed
  • Co-accountability for sales forecast accuracy, in cooperation with CE&I and Operations teams
  • Managing the activation budget and driving improvements and efficiencies across marketing initiatives
  • Leading cross-functional projects, setting clear timelines, deliverables and performance objectives

Experience & Requirements

To be successful in this role, you ideally bring:

  • University degree in Marketing, Business or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Product Manager and/or Brand Manager, preferably in a D2C or commercially driven environment
  • Proven project management experience, including coordination of complex, cross-functional initiatives
  • Ability to work with data, insights and performance indicators to drive decision-making
  • Strong collaboration skills and commercial mindset
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written)
