You have a proven track record designing engaging action gameplay that players love. • Profile Preselection: Our Talent Acquisition team will review your profile to ensure it aligns with our requirements and values
• Talent Acquisition Interview: Selected candidates will undergo an initial interview to discuss about their experience, skills, and fit for the role.
• Online Test: Qualified candidates will be invited to complete an online assessment to demonstrate their abilities.
• Technical Interview: Finalists will participate in a technical interview to assess their proficiency and compatibility with our team when a project staffing plan is made.

• Play a key design role on a team making world class PC and console games
• Design character controls, action gameplay, combat systems, exciting enemies, and more
• Work closely with artists and programmers to turn your design ideas into reality
• Use iteration and playtests to refine your work
• Pitch creative ideas for new features and upcoming projects

The Skills:

• 3+ years of experience as a game designer, or equivalent background
• Post-secondary degree or certificate in game design, or equivalent background
• Proven experience designing 3D action gameplay on PC and console platforms
• Working knowledge of an established game engine, such as Unreal
• Proficient English with outstanding verbal, written, and visual communication skills
• Ability to quickly adapt and hit deadlines in a fast-paced and creative environment
• Collaborative spirit and love of teamwork
• Experience working in co-development or outsourcing is a plus
