Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Manager Finance to lead the organization's financial planning, accounting operations, compliance, treasury, taxation, and corporate governance functions. The ideal candidate will drive financial performance, ensure regulatory compliance, support executive decision-making, and oversee the company's financial health through effective planning, reporting, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Financial Planning & Analysis, including annual budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, variance analysis, and long-term business planning.
  • Oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, treasury management, taxation, cash flow, receivables, payables, reconciliations, and monthly/year-end financial close.
  • Ensure timely payroll processing, working capital management, credit facility renewals, and effective cash flow planning.
  • Manage ERP financial operations and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, tax, and corporate governance requirements while coordinating internal and external audits.
  • Serve as Company Secretary by managing board meetings, shareholder matters, statutory filings, and regulatory documentation.
  • Prepare financial reports, management dashboards, and business insights to support strategic decision-making by senior leadership and the Board.
  • Develop and implement financial policies, internal controls, and risk management practices to strengthen governance and operational efficiency.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team while promoting a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and high performance.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities, drive automation initiatives, and enhance overall financial systems and operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • ACCA, CA, CPA, or MBA (Finance) from a recognized institution.
  • 8–10 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, and financial management, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, treasury, auditing, and corporate governance.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Odoo experience will be an advantage).
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, lead cross-functional teams, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
