Explore Partnership Before Taking the Leap

Ever wondered what it's like to be a Specsavers Audiology Partner, but not quite ready to commit to owning your own business?

This is your opportunity to experience the Partnership model firsthand. As an Acting Audiology Partner, you'll step into the role of running two established and successful audiology businesses, gaining invaluable leadership and business management experience while continuing to focus on delivering exceptional patient care.

We are seeking an ambitious, customer-focused Audiology Professional to join Specsavers Hollywood and Parabanks on a 12-month fixed-term contract, commencing November 2026. This full-time position operates Monday to Friday and offers a unique opportunity to develop the skills and confidence needed to pursue a future Partnership opportunity.

About the Role

As an Acting Audiology Partner, you will take ownership of the day-to-day operation of established clinics while experiencing the responsibilities, autonomy and rewards of the Specsavers Partnership model.

This role is ideal for someone who is curious about Partnership and wants to develop their business and leadership capabilities before taking on their own permanent Partnership opportunity.

What's on Offer?

  • $100,000 – $110,000 base salary + super
  • Up to $12,000 annual clinical benchmark bonus
  • Relocation assistance of up to $5,000 (if applicable)
  • Total package of up to $122,000 + super

Partnership Experience

  • Experience the Specsavers Partnership model without the long-term commitment of business ownership
  • Enjoy the autonomy and flexibility to manage your schedule within the Specsavers framework
  • Develop valuable leadership, operational and commercial business skills
  • Build a strong foundation for future Partnership opportunities across the Specsavers network

Support & Development

  • Comprehensive 2.5-week induction program covering clinical standards and business management
  • Ongoing support from the Specsavers Audiology Retail Team and Support Office
  • Access to fully equipped clinics, including sound-treated rooms and audiology booths, enabling you to focus on delivering exceptional customer care

To be successful in this role, you'll have:

  • Eligibility to hold a Qualified Practitioner (QP) number and full membership with one of the following professional bodies:
    • Audiology Australia (AudA)
    • Hearing Aid Audiometrist Society of Australia (HASA)
    • Australian College of Audiology (ACAud)
  • A minimum of two years' post-QP clinical experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective professional relationships
  • A collaborative leadership style and the ability to influence positive business outcomes
  • A genuine passion for clinical excellence, customer care and helping to shape the future of the audiology industry

Specsavers Perks

  • Access to the Specsavers Perks employee discount program
  • Annual 30% off glasses voucher for family and friends
  • Two free pairs of glasses
  • Access to our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for personal and professional support
