Acting Associate Nurse Unit Manager - PACU/Anaesthetics

$57 - $59 per hour plus 12% super

Fixed term, full time (12 months maternity leave cover)

We offer an exceptional opportunity for an experienced leader to drive innovation and help shape the future of our Anaesthetic and Recovery service at Cabrini. You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact leading and developing our nursing staff in providing outstanding care to our patients. We are looking for a dedicated individual who is ready for the next stage in their Nursing and Leadership career utilising your Anaesthetic and PACU experience.

What we're looking for:

• Current AHPRA registration (Registered Nurse)

• Victorian Working with Children Check

• Experienced in Anaesthetics and PACU nursing with demonstrated leadership skills

• A vision and passion for team development and professional growth

• A commitment to clinical excellence and patient-centred care

• Flexibility and a positive attitude

• Attention to detail

• Excellent customer service focus and communication skills

• Enthusiasm for participation and leading in a team environment
