Salary Range: $41.71 - $44.50 Hourly

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (This is not an exhaustive list of all duties/responsibilities. Other duties may be assigned)
Provide leadership and strong dedication to developing and delivering evidence-based services and support for individuals with mental illness and individuals with co-occurring disorders.
May provide counseling and education and support to clients and families, skills training, and outreach to client homes.
Provide crisis intervention, counseling, evaluations, case management, and related services.
Conduct outreach to high need clients that struggle to engage.
Review treatment plans to ensure the delivery of appropriate interventions.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team structure to expand clinical competency, staff cases, and ensure thorough client care.
May act as liaison and provide consultation, education and information for other program staff and to community agencies that routinely encounter individuals with mental or emotional disturbances.
Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and stakeholders.
Engage in community events, providing community education about program services and requirements.
Participates in on-call administrative back up rotation as needed and/or assigned.
Complete paperwork within agency expected timelines.
Provide leadership and oversight into internal and external outcomes, program performance measures, and fidelity models.
Assist staff with their professional development planning, provide timely and constructive feedback, as well as conduct performance evaluation as scheduled.
Foster effective teamwork, trust and communication between all members.
Ability to manage time, meet deadlines, and remain calm and professional under pressure.
Maintains a small caseload as appropriate.
Must ensure compliance with federal, state, and interagency regulations.
Maintain standards of confidentiality of Lifeways’ clients and records.
Perform all work duties and activities in compliance with Lifeway’s policies/procedures, Oregon Administrative Rules, OSHA, and HIPAA regulations.

Qualifications

Qualifications
- Required:
- Master’s degree in social work, behavioral health, or closely related field
- Be registered with MHACBO for a QMHP within 30 days of hire.
- Completed 2 years of post-graduate clinical experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience working in a behavioral health and/or alcohol & drug counseling setting.
- Hold an Oregon QMHP certification and able to obtain a clinical license within 2 years of hire.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Must be able to communicate effectively in both oral and written communication.
- Successful completion of background check.
- Preferred:
- - 2-3 years supervisory experience in behavioral health
- - Current Oregon clinical license (LCSW, LCP, LMFT)
- - Bilingual/multilingual

Supervisory Responsibilities
- Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws.  Responsibilities may include but are not limited to interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplinary employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
