dormakaba are looking for experienced Access Control Installation and Service engineers to be based in the South of England.

The Installation & Service Team are responsible for the installation, service and commissioning of the dormakaba Access Control Solutions (ACS) and Entrance System Control (ESC) hardware solutions. which includes preventative and reactive service of the security hardware products, which include electronic access control solutions, time and attendance, multi housing and lodging systems.

We need an experienced access control / Entry systems engineer to carry out service, repair and installation on dormakaba products for a variety of customers across the South of the UK, the Midlands, and occasionally on a National basis. You will be working with a range of private, public sector and government clients. This can involve repairs, upgrades, refurbishment and installation of a variety of our security hardware products, which include electronic access control solutions, time and attendance, multi housing and lodging systems, whilst representing the company in a friendly and professional manner.

The role can be challenging but you will be given the best support and training and the opportunity to work with products that are seen as best in class by our competitors.

AN EXPERIENCE THAT MATTERS: YOUR SKILLS

To be considered as a dormakaba service engineer you will need to demonstrate:

• • Between 3-5 years of experience in the field of access control / entry systems with good understand of both mechanical and electronic systems as well as experience with relevant software;
  • You are IT literate with the ability to use app based reporting and customer portals
  • You are based in the South / South East of the UK Ideally along the M4 or M3 corridors or the southern part of the M40 / M1 corridor.
  • HNC / HND / Degree in engineering is desirable but not essential for a candidate with the right relevant experience and excellent customer service skills
