Your Role

Join the Dulux Acratex team as our South Australian Territory Manager. You’ll represent trusted, market-leading products and work closely with our valued customers and internal teams to grow our presence in the market.

We’ll support you with full training, including CRM systems, product knowledge, and strategy. You’ll be part of a high-performing, diverse team that values collaboration, fresh ideas, and different perspectives.

This role is ideal for someone who’s confident, people-focused, and enjoys building strong relationships. You’ll thrive if you’re commercially savvy, data-driven, and a great communicator.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a consistent call plan aligned with our national framework
  • Manage your contacts and projects using our CRM tools
  • Drive growth across key texture coating categories
  • Develop a strong local project pipeline in your territory
  • Lead local and national promotional sales initiatives
  • Strengthen relationships with suppliers, industry groups, and associations

Skills & Experience

  • Experience in business development, ideally in a similar industry
  • Confidence using CRM and planning tools
  • A track record of growing products or services in a sales environment
  • A commercial mindset and solution-oriented approach
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
