Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain financial models and/or underwriting for use in evaluating potentialinvestments;
  • Conductresearchandduediligenceofprospectiveopportunitiesincludingtheirrespectivefinancialandorganizational structures, review of legal documentation, analyze past and future performance,etc.;
  • Evaluation of unit or portfolio acquisitionopportunities;
  • Carryassigneddutiestomanagethemanyfacetsofbringingadealtofunding,includingpresentationtofinalinvestmentcommittee;
  • Possess strong communication skills in which to create concise writtenpresentations;
  • Assist with asset management including business plan development and exit strategy planning andexecution

Requirements:

  • Superior analytical, quantitative, and technicalskills
  • Strong academic background, preferably in finance oraccounting
  • 1-2 years of as an analyst in investment banking, real estate or finance related role (real estate experience aplus)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint with a mastery in excel and ability to create in-depthfinancialanalysis viamodels
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong judgement and decision makingskills
  • Ability to perform advanced mathematicalcalculations
  • Experience in managing, updating and analyzing large quantities ofdata
  • Ability to manage and effectively presentinformation
  • Strong business writing and communicationskills
  • Fluency in Japanese and English required
  • Bachelor’sdegree
