Position Details :

Job Title : One4You Acquisition Program & Finance Manager
Type of contract : Full-time
Expected Hiring Date : 2026

Responsibilities :

  • Build, register, and manage the One4You operating budget in close collaboration with Global Finance teams and Business Group (BG) finance organizations.
  • Partner with Group and BG CFOs to define cross-BG financial guidelines and support “total enterprise value” analyses for customers.
  • Deploy, implement, and continuously refine One4You RFI/RFQ financial guidelines and processes.
  • Coordinate and lead quotation activities, ensuring timely and accurate financial inputs from all involved functions.
  • Challenge and align cross-BG cost constructions, including individual BG inputs and consolidated views, to achieve required competitiveness.
  • Ensure strong financial governance throughout customer acquisition phases, from early cost assumptions to final quotations.
  • Support One4You APM activities through BusCom monitoring, in line with practices established within the Exterior BG.
  • Assess financial risks and opportunities linked to customer proposals, supporting informed decision-making aligned with long-term strategy.
  • Act as a key financial interface between engineering, operations, and commercial teams, integrating financial discipline into overall project and business planning.

Profile :

  • Proven experience in finance roles within the automotive industry, ideally with exposure to OEMs and Tier 1 environments, particularly within Exterior and Lighting (Ext & LG).
  • Strong background in quotation management, cost construction, and financial modeling in industrial or engineering-driven environments.
  • Solid understanding of RFQ/RFI processes, cost estimation methodologies, and financial consolidation across multiple Business Groups.
  • Demonstrated experience in P&L management, operating budget planning, and financial performance monitoring.
  • Ability to translate complex financial data into strategic insights that support competitiveness and long-term value creation.
  • Analytical, structured, and proactive mindset, with the ability to challenge assumptions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills, comfortable operating in a matrix and cross-functional environment.
