360Dialog is the leading Whatsapp platform for Independent Software Providers. We are hosting the Whatsapp channels for more than 800 software solutions and 45000+ B2B clients. As a bootstrapped and profitable company with no investors in the cap table, we are free to do what makes sense from the business, tech and product perspective. We love to use state of the art engineering methods all over the place, in software development, tech operations but you will find them also in non-tech areas through the whole organization.

Requirements

Support and scale user acquisition across website, funnels, tracking, and paid channels, while coordinating with external SEO partners.

Key Responsabilities:

Website & Content (Internal Ownership):

  • Support creation and updates of website pages
  • Work with design on page structure and usability
  • Ensure content is aligned with acquisition goals

SEO (Coordination)

  • Work with external SEO agency on implementation
  • Help prioritize pages and content
  • Ensure SEO strategy is reflected on the website

Funnel & User Journey

  • Define and improve user flows (e.g. website → WhatsApp / form)
  • Identify friction points and improve usability
  • Ensure clear and simple user journeys

Tracking & Measurement

  • Set up and maintain tracking (GA4, GTM)
  • Ensure key user actions are measurable
  • Build and maintain reporting (Looker Studio)

Paid Acquisition

  • Launch and manage campaigns (LinkedIn, Meta, Google Ads)
  • Test channels, messaging, and audiences
  • Support scaling of acquisition efforts

Key Deliverables

  • Updated website pages aligned with acquisition goals
  • Defined and improved funnels
  • Reliable tracking and reporting
  • Paid campaigns and performance insights
  • Coordination with SEO agency

Success Metrics

  • Growth in traffic (organic + paid)
  • Users entering funnels
  • Tracking coverage (key actions measurable)
  • Paid performance (CPL, channel efficiency)

Budget

The budget range for this role is €3.000,00/Month€6.000,00/Month, depending on the candidate’s level of experience and fit with the position requirements.
