Job Description

As an Acquisition Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing sales strategies to target and acquire new business banking clients. Your responsibilities will include leading a high-performing sales team, identifying potential clients, and building strong relationships with key decision-makers. You will also collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure a seamless client onboarding process and provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
  • Proven track record of successful sales management and team leadership.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales enablement tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel for business development purposes as required.
