Job Title: Acquisition Intelligence Analyst

Security Clearance: Top Secret with SCI Eligibility


The Acquisition Intelligence Analyst supports multidimensional intelligence efforts through collaborative research, analysis, and production to inform operational planning and acquisition processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the Geospatial and SCA analysts in research and discovery to provide the common operational view.
  • Provide fused intelligence bridging geospatial and SCA analysis for strategic, operational, and tactical level planning and operations.
  • Conduct in-depth research using classified and unclassified data sources to locate and analyze available intelligence in support of PAS requirements.
  • Collaborate with multiple internal and external POCs to ensure all aspects of a research effort are incorporated.
  • Identify information gaps and develop source-directed requirements (SDR) or identify alternate sources to garner information.
  • Analysts shall produce 4 acceptable products per month as deemed by JIC reviewers.
  • PAS analysts will assist in producing a minimum of 6 acceptable products per year, as deemed by TSOC reviewers.
  • Provide Intelligence support to SOF AT&L and the Acquisition process.
  • Respond to All-Source SOF AT&L tasking and efforts in support of the SOF acquisition production process, to include validated online Lifecycle Threat Reports (VOLT), and create Critical Intelligence Parameters. Produce Technology Targeting Risk Assessments (TTRAs), Intelligence Health Assessments (IHAs), Lifecycle Mission Data Plans (LMDPs), and validated IMD. Provide Intelligence support to SOF AT&L and the Acquisition process.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in a national security or equivalent field, or 5+ years on a PAS or HQ SCA team.
  • 10 years of intelligence experience in IC or DoD.
  • 10 years of intelligence experience with analysis, reporting, and briefing in a DOD setting.
  • 2 years’ experience working in a multi-skilled team environment, collaborating on the production of intelligence analysis.
  • 5 years’ experience utilizing Intelligence Community databases and software.
  • All-Source experience with ICD 203 familiarity
  • Naval/Maritime Analysis experience
  • Experience with maritime activities and comms equipment/weapons used on vessels.

REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS

  • Current Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.

  • Must have a valid US Passport

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Able to sit at a workstation for extended periods; use hand(s) to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms, talk, and hear.
  • Frequent walking and standing.
  • Requires the ability to work on a desktop or laptop computer for extended periods, reading, reviewing/analyzing information. Regular and predictable attendance is essential.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

EQUIPMENT - GOVERNMENT FURNISHED EQUIPMENT

Assigned to office space, computer, phone, and other required equipment and supplies.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

The office-type environment with temperature control. The noise level is usually moderate.

LEVEL OF EFFORT

Hours for the position will be Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day.

TRAVEL

Travel is required to various CONUS and OCONUS non-hazardous locations. The Contractor shall travel as initiated by written tasking.

Any required training related to the assignment will be communicated.
