岗位职责：
1. 完成电力电子装置的功率硬件和控制电路开发，如设计电路原理图、PCB、磁性元件
2. 能够分析各种电力电子电路拓扑和控制方案，根据设计规格书制定总体技术方案。
3. 熟练应用功率半导体器件和相关的采样、控制、驱动和保护电路。
4. 嵌入式软硬件的设计和调试优化，负责关键技术问题的解决。
招聘要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，电力电子、自动控制及相关专业；
2. 熟悉功率电路和电磁元件设计，掌握控制理论和模电数电知识，有研究意愿及能力；
3. 有5年以上的电力电子产品开发经验；
4. 工作主动性强，能独立思考和解决问题，勤奋认真，沟通表达能力强，善于团队合作。
优选条件：
1.精通DSP应用，有Matlab、PSCAD等仿真技能优先；
2.有UPS，通信电源、HVDC、光伏等中大功率产品开发经验优先。
