About the Role

We are seeking a Power Electronics Software & Control Engineer to lead software design and control algorithm development for power electronics products. This role focuses on delivering integrated hardware-software solutions and providing ongoing support for product iteration and stable operation.

Key Responsibilities

Lead software development and maintenance for various products, including control strategy modeling, algorithm development, and system integration, with a focus on DSP/MCU platform software design and debugging.

Participate in hardware-software co-design, supporting analog/digital circuit development including implementation and optimization of functional modules such as current loops, voltage loops, protection control, PWM drive, and fault diagnostics.

Track software issues in production products, perform fault localization and code optimization, continuously improve system performance and reliability, and support production, testing, and on-site customer commissioning needs.

Qualifications

Required:

Fresh graduate with a Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related fields.

Proficiency in MCU or DSP development environments; strong command of C/C++ and assembly language programming.

Solid understanding of control theory, analog electronics, and digital electronics; strong mathematical foundation with good abstract and analytical thinking skills.

Strong independent thinking and problem-solving skills with a keen ability to learn and conduct in-depth research.

Hands-on practical ability with a rigorous and detail-oriented work attitude.

Good teamwork awareness and communication skills.

Preferred:

Strong English proficiency, capable of handling daily technical communication in English.

Experience with real-time control system development (e.g., motor control, inverter control, PFC) through academic projects or research.

Familiarity with communication protocols (e.g., CAN, SPI, I2C, UART) and debugging tools (e.g., oscilloscopes, logic analyzers).
