Job Location Andover, MA 01810 Salary Range $24.00 - $24.00 Hourly

We are looking for a part time Accounting Clerk to join our Finance team! 20hrs per week. Shift options are 9am - 1pm or 12pm - 4pm

SPECIFIC DUTIES:

  • Maintain recurring rent entries in Accounts Receivable module for non – rep payees.
  • DTA food stamp applications; filling out forms, awards letters, and documentation that goes with the applications.
  • Swiping DTA food cards once a month and log on to an Excel spreadsheet.
  • Performing reconciliations on American Training representative payee accounts monthly.
  • Process Rep Payee bill pay from RFMS/US Banking system.
  • Updates yearly charge for care letters and complete mailing for rent invoices for Residents for whom ATI is not Rep Payee.
  • Maintains Social Security and DTA file maintenance.
  • Petty cash monthly reconciliation.
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned.



Qualifications

  • High school graduate with basic office skills, bookkeeping and record keeping experience
  • Computer skills with proficiency in Windows Office, Excel and Word.
  • Knowledge of accounting software and automated spreadsheet applications.
  • Must be well organized and process good time management skills.
  • Must be able to communicate both verbally and in writing.
  • Must be able to prioritize assignments on work under stress.
