We are excited to announce we are now accepting applications for our apprenticeship program. This is an opportunity for students and recent graduates to apply their educational knowledge into a professional working environment and establish themselves in the fashion industry. This program combines on-the-job trainings with related practical and theoretical learning sessions within our product & design department.

The program is based at our head office in Stockholm and is a full-time program, running over a period of six months from August 25th, 2026 until January 29th, 2027.

WHO YOU ARE

We are looking for students or recent graduates with a fashion, textile and/or business-related higher education. You have high aspirations and understand the importance of excellence. You have a curious mindset and strong willingness to learn, and you don’t hesitate to ask for help to find the right solution. You want to convert your theoretical knowledge into practical skills in a dynamic and innovative fashion industry setting, where creativity thrives, and the pace is fast.

You are available the full period and it is required that you hold an EU/EEA passport or a valid Swedish work permit during the entire period. Acne Studios is a global company with English as working language. Fluency in both written and spoken English is therefore a must.

THE ROLE

In this role you will be a part of the day-to-day work in your designated team and participate in structured training modules. We will assign you a mentor to support you in your learning experience throughout the program. You will also be part of the larger apprentice group in our product & design department.

HOW TO PROCEED

Throughout this program, you will join a team within the product & design department that focus on a specific area of the product lifecycle. You will remain a part of this team for the entire duration of the program.

In your application we ask you to select from listed teams below that best matches your education, experience, and interests, as this will be the team you work with throughout the program. If you apply to Pattern & Atelier or one of the Design teams, please include your portfolio.

Design: Our design teams create shapes and mock-ups and translate design proposals into products. Get the knowledge of the whole design cycle, from the initial design idea to a finalized and engineered product. The design teams includes: menswear design, menswear knitwear design and denim design.

Fabric & Trims: Be a part of a team that works with raw material from initial research, creative development through to delivery in close partnership with our mills and suppliers considering company and sustainability targets.

Pattern & Atelier: This team follows the creative development of styles from the first sketch to last production fittings in close collaboration with design, product development, and production teams. Responsibilities include delivering high quality pattern to external suppliers and in-house atelier, as well as toiles, sample makings, and alterations for design collection presentations and fashion shows.

Product development: Gather insight during the phases of the development process from first prototype to salesman sample, ensuring highest possible standard of make with an emphasis on quality and fit. The product development team works in close partnership with our suppliers.

Production: The production team are following the process of production from seasonal material to production orders until final product is delivered to the warehouse within drop precision. The production team works in close partnership with our suppliers.

Quality: A team that works across all product categories to ensure high quality products for customers, from development through to production. Responsibilities include conducting quality tests in the laboratory, supporting quality inspections, and handling customer service inquiries related to claims and spare parts in collaboration with direct-to-consumer channels.
