What You Will Do

As a Manager, you will lead the design, implementation, and enterprise adoption of Agentic AI and Generative AI solutions, combining deep technical expertise with consulting leadership to deliver business transformation for clients.

• Define and drive enterprise-level AI strategy, data orchestration design, and context management architectures for scalable Agentic AI systems.
• Architect and lead development of multi-agent solutions - orchestrating specialized agents to solve complex, cross-functional business challenges.
• Oversee advanced data integration, governance, and quality initiatives, ensuring reliability and auditability of inputs for autonomous AI workflows.
• Design end-to-end orchestration pipelines with best practices for scalability, monitoring, resilience, and human-in-the-loop controls.
• Guide deployment and optimization of AI systems on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), ensuring enterprise readiness and lifecycle management.
• Evaluate and improve system performance across trust, accuracy, automation rate, and business ROI metrics - in alignment with client goals.
• Engage with senior client stakeholders and executives, positioning Agentic AI as a driver of innovation, efficiency, and competitive advantage.
• Create executive-level solution presentations, roadmaps, and demos - communicating opportunities, risks, and adoption strategies with clarity.
• Leverage platforms including FastAPI, GCP Vertex AI, and Databricks for modular, enterprise-grade AI solution development.
• Manage delivery governance, resource planning, risk management, and project economics across AI engagements.
• Mentor Consultants and Analysts, fostering hands-on capability in Agentic AI frameworks and consulting best practices.
• Shape internal accelerators, methodologies, and playbooks to scale AI adoption across the practice.

Domain Focus

Candidates should bring hands-on solution-building experience in one or more of the following domains:

• Marketing - customer acquisition, content/ creative generation, performance optimization, and next-best-action execution
• Sales - omnichannel selling experiences, and revenue intelligence
• Commerce - digital commerce platforms
• Service - customer service transformation, contact center AI, and operations automation
• Design & Digital Products - experience design, digital product build, and agile product delivery

Who We Are Looking For

Mandatory

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related discipline. MBA from a top institution advantageous.
• 8-12 years of progressive experience in AI, Data Science, and/or digital consulting, with significant consulting or enterprise leadership experience.
• Strong expertise in Python and SQL; hands-on experience building and deploying production-grade AI solutions.
• Hands-on proficiency with Agentic AI frameworks: LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, CrewAI, LangGraph.
• Demonstrated success leading AI projects from design through enterprise deployment, including multi-agent and orchestration-based solutions.
• Solid experience with at least one major cloud or AI platform - AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks, Snowflake, or Anthropic - and its relevant AI services for development and deployment (e.g. Amazon Bedrock/ SageMaker, Azure AI Foundry/ Azure OpenAI, or Vertex AI).
• Working knowledge of data platforms and pipelines; familiarity with Databricks/ Spark, vector databases, and API-based integrations (e.g. FastAPI) is valuable.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills - ability to translate advanced AI into business strategy and measurable ROI.
• Proven project leadership capability: solution architecture, delivery governance, resource planning, and risk management.
• Strong foundations in supervised/ unsupervised ML, feature engineering, model evaluation and experimentation; ability to select appropriate techniques rather than relying only on LLMs.
• Hands-on Generative AI experience: prompt engineering, embeddings, vector search, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), structured outputs, evaluation and guardrails.
• Agentic AI experience with tool/ function calling, planning, memory/context, orchestration and multi-agent patterns using frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen or equivalent.
• Demonstrated capability in Enterprise AI Strategy and AI & Data Roadmap development - including AI maturity assessments, platform strategy, and agentic system design across at least one functional domain or cloud platform.
• Experience defining data products, semantic/knowledge layer design, and knowledge architecture to underpin AI and agentic solutions.
• Ability to develop AI business cases and value realization frameworks - translating technical AI capabilities into financial outcomes and executive investment rationale.
• Awareness of Responsible AI, security, privacy, observability, testing and evaluation practices needed to move AI solutions from prototype to production.

What We Are NOT Looking For

• Pure Data Engineers, ML Engineers, or Solution Architects without consulting, commercial, or C-suite ownership experience.
• Pure Delivery/ Program Managers with no strategy, solutioning, or origination track record.
• RPA-only or classic BPM-only backgrounds without AI strategy or build experience.
• Hands-on-only architects without commercial accountability or senior client relationship ownership.
• Profiles focused purely on pre-sales or platform consulting (SAP/Oracle/Salesforce) without demonstrable AI delivery depth.
