Job Descriptions

• Manage end-to-end cooling tower delivery and installation projects, particularly for key customers in the data center and electronics industries.
• Work closely with the Sales and Applications teams to establish clear project deliverables, milestones, scope, and budget before accepting purchase orders.
• Develop detailed project schedules and budgets in collaboration with engineering, factory teams, distributors, subcontractors, and customers.
• Monitor project progress regularly, maintain proper documentation, and establish clear communication, reporting, and escalation plans to manage risks and changes effectively.
• Ensure projects are completed according to agreed timelines, quality standards, and customer requirements, including clearing all site punch-list items and following up on outstanding invoices.
• Supervise and support installation and commissioning activities at project sites.
• Provide warranty support by assessing technical issues, coordinating corrective action plans with factory teams, and supervising rectification work on site.
• Conduct site visits for existing installations, prepare detailed assessment reports, and provide recommendations for maintenance, refurbishment, or equipment replacement.
• Coach and support distributors in managing project delivery, installation, commissioning, and customer requirements.
• Maintain strong communication with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor project performance against cost, schedule, execution quality, customer feedback, and aftermarket sales objectives.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in cooling towers or rotating equipment sales.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management.
• Good command of English; proficiency in additional languages will be an advantage.
• Strong sense of responsibility, discipline, and ability to perform effectively under pressure.
• Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills with a results-oriented approach.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-focused mindset and ability to identify and resolve potential issues or ambiguities proactively.
• Strong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders from engineering, manufacturing, construction, purchasing, QA/QC, and other functions.
• Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time.
• High level of integrity and commitment to ethical business practices and FCPA compliance.

Location: Need to travel around for site support within Gelang Patah and Senai

Salary Range: Up to RM7,000
