Job Description

Organize training & event to provide knowledge about products and other training & event to partners and members.

• Coordinate with related departments for organizing training & event.
• Study and understand the product and training content
• Prepare information and training & event materials
• Be a lecturer in training
• Create training courses/special event projects.
• Providing expert speakers to be special speakers.
• Plan training & event.
• Arrange training & event schedules.
• Control and manage training & event budget.
• Coordinate with vendors to organize training & event.
• Book a hotel/training & event location.
• Prepare training & event equipment and media.

Educate partners and members about responsible products.

• Coordinate with various departments to disseminate information in related media
• Seek accurate information from the head office (Ada - America) and/or external agencies and experts
• Answering partners & Members questions about Amway products
• Arrange training & event as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Cosmetics Science, any science or related field.
• At least 3-5 years in training & development, Project Management or instructor field.
• Experience in training, skincare/make-up training is an advantage.
• Strong management, coordinating, facilitating and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in high pressured environment. Be enthusiastic and have cooperative mind with others
• Ability to work in upcountry & some weekend
• Passionate with cosmetic, skincare & personal care.
• Active, Dynamic, Sense of urgency.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Powerpoint, outlook, word) and Canva.
• Ability to communicate in English.
