We’re looking for an ACD-level Art Director with pharma communications(Comms)experience to engage with us on a variety of projects.We need to build a team withstrong conceptual thinking,detaileddesign-eye, andthe ability totranslatecomplex science into clear, compelling visual ideas.We seekbig-idea developmentandbrandactivationstewardship,withomnichannel art direction—from HCP to consumer—across campaigns, PR-relatedopportunities, and launch work within healthcare and pharma.We’relooking forpeople with thatearned-firstmentalityYou’llpartner with copywriters, strategists, medical, and account teams to shape the visual expression
and conceptual voice of major healthcare brand initiatives—delivering workthat’sstrategically sound, medicallyaccurate, and creatively inspiring.

Workthat'sculturally relevant,leveragessocial tensions, and has a positive impact in an unexpected way. Key Responsibilities
Leadtheart direction and visual concept development for integrated pharma and healthcare campaigns, from brand identity and design systems to omnichannel execution.

  • Partner withan ACD-CW and othercreativeteam membersto develop big brand ideas
  • Translate strategic insights and medical content into compelling visual storytelling across layouts, mood boards, storyboards, presentations, and integrated campaign expressions—while staying compliant.
  • Collaborate closely with copywriters to ensure cohesion between message and visual expression across every touchpoint.
  • Direct and refine design across channels (digital, social, video, print, experiential, PR, email/CRM), adapting visual systems to audience and context.
  • Present work confidently to internal stakeholders and clients, championing ideas with clear rationale, strong visual storytelling, and strategic clarity.
  • Support production andhelp craftfinal assets for accuracy, craft, and fidelity to the idea through MLR, shoots, and final delivery.

Qualifications
7–10+ years of art direction and design experience, with at least 3–5 years in healthcare/pharma agencies or brand activation communications.

  • Portfolioandrésumé thatdemonstrateyourabilitiesdeveloping big campaign ideas
  • Expertiseindeveloping andart directing brand activations, digital storytelling, content capture, and experiential concepts.
  • Understanding ofFDA, legal, and medical review processes within pharma comms.
  • Confidentpresentation and storytelling skills—able to articulate creative ideas visually and verbally.
  • Collaborator who thrives in a fast-paced, idea-driven environment
