We’re looking for an ACD-level Art Director with pharma communications(Comms)experience to engage with us on a variety of projects.We need to build a team withstrong conceptual thinking,detaileddesign-eye, andthe ability totranslatecomplex science into clear, compelling visual ideas.We seekbig-idea developmentandbrandactivationstewardship,withomnichannel art direction—from HCP to consumer—across campaigns, PR-relatedopportunities, and launch work within healthcare and pharma.We’relooking forpeople with that“earned-first”mentalityYou’llpartner with copywriters, strategists, medical, and account teams to shape the visual expression
and conceptual voice of major healthcare brand initiatives—delivering workthat’sstrategically sound, medicallyaccurate, and creatively inspiring.

Leadtheart direction and visual concept development for integrated pharma and healthcare campaigns, from brand identity and design systems to omnichannel execution.
Qualifications
7–10+ years of art direction and design experience, with at least 3–5 years in healthcare/pharma agencies or brand activation communications.
