About our clients

We support people living with neurological and musculoskeletal conditions to improve daily function, quality of life, and independence in walking and transfers. About the role

• Deliver high-quality, person-centred therapy to clients with spinal cord injury, MS, Parkinson's disease, FND, stroke, chronic pain, and other conditions.
• Apply exercise physiology frameworks alongside innovative technology (training provided).
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of physiotherapists and EPs across our clinics.
• Support clients across NDIS, DVA, NIISQ and other schemes; write reports as required.
• Participate in ongoing clinical education, mentoring, and case reviews.
• Build meaningful connections with clients, families, and support networks.

About you

• Accredited Exercise Physiologist (ESSA registration).
• Passion for working with neurological and musculoskeletal conditions.
• Collaborative, creative, curious, and compassionate approach to care.
• Strong communication, documentation, and time management skills.
• Current CPR & First Aid certifications, Working With Children Check.
• Driver’s licence and willingness to travel locally if required.
• Experience with neurological clients is ideal (not essential).
