In this role, you'll:
Working as part of a team delivering high-quality learning programs and compliance services across Transport for NSW, this role ensures the integrity of learner records and Rail Safety Worker (RSW) authorisations in line with regulatory and legislative requirements.
This role will see you provide governance and administrative support for learner-based processes, maintain accurate records under Registered Training Organisation (RTO) obligations, and verify competency data prior to issuing RSW cards. You’ll also contribute to reporting and compliance activities that underpin funding and operational integrity. This is a great opportunity to develop expertise in regulatory compliance, learning systems, and stakeholder engagement within a dynamic public sector environment.
This is a 12 month temporary opportunity.

About you
Your strong organisational skills, analytical capability, and commitment to integrity—formed across roles in administration, compliance, or learning operations—will see you excel in managing complex records, overcoming compliance challenges, and ensuring seamless processes that lead to accurate learner outcomes and regulatory assurance.
You’re recognised as a trusted compliance professional, skilled at maintaining systems and verifying data, and experienced in applying regulatory standards, managing competing priorities, and delivering quality outcomes under pressure.
To succeed in this role, you will have a working knowledge of the 2025 Standards for RTOs (including Outcome Standards, Compliance Standards and Fit and Proper Person Requirements) and the ability to apply these practically within a team environment.
