Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and review accounting work prepared by junior team members
• Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring timely and accurate reporting
• Prepare management accounts and maintain accounting journals
• Oversee VAT and tax return processes
• Liaise with clients, auditors, and regulatory bodies
• Support and mentor junior staff
• Assist in improving internal processes and maintaining service quality
