Main Purpose:

Administration of Accounts Receivable function

Account Receivable Management

• Payment allocation to the customer account
• Ensure that unallocated cash is well explained
• Application of payments in the customer account
• Compiling account statements
• Follow up of rejected transactions
• Compiling of the direct debit file
• Assist Credit analyst with the reconciliation of customer accounts
• Prepare reports on the status of credit and collection activities to minimize outstanding debt.

Experience

• 2-4 years of relevant expereince
• Graduate or equivalent
• Similar position held in the past is a plus
• Demonstrable numeracy Skills
• Microsoft Office proficient
• ERP system experience (Preferred)
• Governance and internal control
• Previous reporting experience
