Job Location: El Cajon, CA 92020
Salary Range: $21.00 - $26.00 Hourly

The Accounts Receivable / Deposit Clerk Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges.

Essential Duties
- Reconcile and prepare daily cash, check and credit card deposits
- Enter finalized cash, check and credit card receipts and update receivable ledger
- Research and process bad checks for collection
- Maintain weekly cash clearing schedules
- Perform weekly drawer counts
- Process 8300 forms in compliance with Federal and State regulations
- Manages incoming payments, ensuring accurate invoicing, timely collections and detailed financial record-keeping
- Follow up on all past due accounts and prepare reports for management
- Assist in monthly closings
- Maintain current filing system

Qualifications

Qualifications
- Experience in a business office at a dealership
- Tekion experience preferred
- Available to work flexible hours on weeknights & weekends
- Must be proficient in all areas of accounting, including receivables, cash management and banking
- Proficiency with Excel
- Strong attention to detail
- Valid driver's license
