The Accounts Receivable Supervisor is responsible for the maintenance of proper accounting records in accounts receivable and banking for allocated UPA colleges/business units in line with Navitas’ policy and procedures, including ensuring accounts receivable are receipted on a timely basis, accurately reconciling the general ledger for accounts receivable and bank accounts, handling bank queries and some bank account administration. This role will lead a small team of AR Officers.

Qualifications

The person we seek will ideally have the following

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in end to end Accounts Receivable
  • A good level of computer literacy
  • Competent Excel skills
  • Team player mindset, who exhibits flexibility for different tasks and willingness to learn
  • Good stakeholder engagement, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work fairly independently and utilise a level of initiative
  • Good time management skills
