Bits of your job:
Monitor and manage AR orders
Process or reject AR orders
Review of the fraudulent order
Follow up with clients in regard to their orders via phone or email
Provide and clarify information regarding our products via telephone calls
Strive to improve customer satisfaction through excellent customer service
Keep a high level of knowledge about existing products
And other related tasks
Key expectations:
High attention to detail
Willingness to learn and develop daily
Previous experience in Accounts Receivable and fraud review is an advantage
Previous experience in Customer Support
Proficient in relevant computer applications
Excellent written and verbal English language skills
Ability to multitask, set priorities, and manage time effectively
Excellent communication skills with active listening
Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
Salary:1,000 -1,400 €/mon. net
