ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Performs daily check payment application to customer accounts.
  • Create, process, and apply credit memos to customer accounts.
  • Review customer applications to ensure completion and accuracy.
  • Data entry of customer information to create customer accounts.
  • Ensures compliance with industry regulations and established credit policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
  • Excellent time management and organization skills to meet numerous deadlines.
  • Ability to multi-task and perform work accurately and thoroughly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • 10-key entry experience.
  • Mathematical knowledge and skills.
  • Punctuality and good attendance a must.

SKILLS & ABILITIES:

  • Computer efficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
  • Experience with Oracle NetSuite or AS400 a plus
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

The expected pay range for this role is $22- $24. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. Actual placement within range will be contingent upon several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's qualifications, education, experience, internal equity, union status (where applicable) and alignment with market data.
