The Finance Associate role performs financial processes and services that are critical for effective operation of finance function. The role supports the Financial Controller in overseeing day-to-day transactional finance activities, maintaining strong financial controls, and contributing to period-end close, reconciliations, and reporting accurate, timely, and compliant financial reports for ANZ region.

Responsibilities

• Support accurate and timely invoicing, including complex billing requirements
• Prepare and manage billing schedules in collaboration with the Finance team
• Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Customer Success to gather billing and renewal information
• Respond to invoicing queries from internal teams and customers in a timely manner
• Monitor outstanding invoices and follow up with customers to support collections
• Escalate overdue accounts when needed to ensure resolution
• Maintain collection tracking files and prepare monthly ageing reports
• Assist with finance tasks such as reconciliations, audits, and process improvements

Skills and Experience

• At least 5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, ideally within a global organization
• Solid working knowledge of the end-to-end order-to-cash process
• Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Excel
• Experience using ERP or accounting systems (SAGE or NetSuite is a plus)
• Ability to quickly learn new systems, processes, and procedures
• Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in workA collaborative team player who can also work independently when needed
