Roles and Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger entries
Manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable (AR) processes, including timely invoicing and collections
Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and balance sheets
Reconcile accounts to ensure financial data accuracy and integrity
Support month-end and year-end closing procedures
Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting activities
Ensure compliance with financial regulations, internal controls, and audit requirements
Collaborate with internal teams during financial audits and external reporting
Analyze financial data and provide insights to support business performance and decision-making
Required Experience:
- 3–4 years of experience in financial accounting
Minimum 3 years of solid Accounts Receivable (AR) experience
Experience working with Australian GST compliance and reporting
Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or similar platforms
Strong preference for candidates with stable and consistent work tenure
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations
Working knowledge of Australian GST requirements

High attention to detail, especially in AR transactions and reconciliations
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional reliability and demonstrated work consistency
Ability to work accurately under deadlines and month-end pressure
Proficient With:
Accounting systems (QuickBooks, SAP, or similar)
Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools
AR processing, reconciliations, and reporting workflows
Australian GST compliance processes
