Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger entries

  • Manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable (AR) processes, including timely invoicing and collections

  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and balance sheets

  • Reconcile accounts to ensure financial data accuracy and integrity

  • Support month-end and year-end closing procedures

  • Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting activities

  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, internal controls, and audit requirements

  • Collaborate with internal teams during financial audits and external reporting

  • Analyze financial data and provide insights to support business performance and decision-making

Required Experience:

  • 3–4 years of experience in financial accounting

  • Minimum 3 years of solid Accounts Receivable (AR) experience

  • Experience working with Australian GST compliance and reporting

  • Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or similar platforms

  • Strong preference for candidates with stable and consistent work tenure

Minimum Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations

  • Working knowledge of Australian GST requirements

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

  • High attention to detail, especially in AR transactions and reconciliations

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Professional reliability and demonstrated work consistency

  • Ability to work accurately under deadlines and month-end pressure

Proficient With:


  • Accounting systems (QuickBooks, SAP, or similar)

  • Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools

  • AR processing, reconciliations, and reporting workflows

  • Australian GST compliance processes
