What You’ll Do

  • Process daily customer invoicing, deposits, and cash applications
  • Manage customer accounts, credit checks, and AR reporting
  • Support weekly, monthly, and year‑end AR closing tasks
  • Partner with sales to resolve collection issues
  • Assist with customer service tasks and provide reception backup as needed
  • Perform AS400 daily system functions

What You’ll Bring

  • Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail
  • Must be proficient in Excel
  • Experience with AR processes (AS400 experience a plus)
  • Solid math, problem‑solving, and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and customer service abilities
  • Reliable attendance and a team‑oriented mindset
