The primary focus is the collections, account reconciliations, risk mitigations and order releases along with providing support to internal and external customers and warehouse(s) within designated region(s) of the US market. Provides accounts receivable support to internal and external customers and warehouse(s) within designated region(s) of the US market.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Collections calls and correspondence on past due balances
· Resolving customer disputes
· Order releasing
· Credit reference
· Monitoring accounts and reassessing risk
· Request for Credit line adjustments
· Customer Service (internal/External)
· Recommendation for Bad debt (reserves)
· Sales Tax Credit Preparation Packages
· Process Payments
· Reconciliation of accounts
· Credit Hold on High Risk accounts
· Meet department goals
· Familiarize with Credit Policies and Procedures
· System operations (EXCEL, WORD, Oracle)
· Other duties as instructed by management

· Process credit application by reviewing Dunn and Bradstreet reports for credit worthiness including recommendation for credit line and terms.
· Research and solve payment discrepancies.
· Prepare, generate and distribute Weekly Aging Reports for regional managers via email
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
· Oracle knowledge
· 3-5 years in collections
· Strong attention to detail
· Well-organized able to prioritize
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Credit and Collection knowledge
· Industry knowledge is an asset

WORKING CONDITIONS
Working conditions are normal for an office environment. Requires moderate lifting and mobility for up to 10 pounds at any given time.

The base rate for this role is between $22.00 to $26.00 hourly plus team result based performance bonus opportunities.
