Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Reconcile, maintain, and monitor customer accounts. Review for accuracy, work to resolve any discrepancies with the customer and/or various departments, work with customers to stay current, set up payment schedules and ensure accounts stay within terms.
• Daily reconciliation of electronic sales data from external customers.
• Daily communication with internal and external customers via phone, mail, email.
• Ability to work across multiple internal and external vendor systems.
• Managing daily/weekly/monthly aging for assigned accounts.
• Communicate and concisely explain any slow-moving accounts or open items to the Supervisor.
• Engage management in any AR issues that arise.
• Support and adherence to Franz Core Values.
• Other duties as assigned.

Preferred Education/Experience

• High School Diploma is required, bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Advanced computer skills required.
• Advanced excel skills required (i.e. VLookup, SumIF, Pivot Tables, etc.).
