In this role, you will manage customer account activity, investigate payment discrepancies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help drive process improvements that support exceptional customer service and financial accuracy.

As an Accounts Receivable Specialist 1, you will:
Education/Certification• An associate’s degree in business administration or equivalent work experience
Required: • Good organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and work independently• Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and customers • High degree of accuracy with attention to detail• Strong communication skills and knowledge• Working knowledge of office equipment • Basic accounting knowledge• Proficient knowledge of Outlook, Excel (VLOOKUP’s, formulas, etc.)• Problem solving
