As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you’ll support the financial heartbeat of our organization—ensuring timely invoicing, accurate records, and smooth communication between our teams and our clients.
✅ Invoicing & Billing – Create and manage client invoices, credit memos, and ensure precision in all billing for shows, rentals, and sales
✅ AR Transactions – Enter and apply payments, update records in the accounting system, and post to the general ledger
✅ Deposit & Payment Tracking – Process daily deposits, manage prepayments, and validate credit card documentation
✅ Client Account Management – Maintain account files, monitor outstanding balances, and resolve discrepancies directly with clients
✅ Reporting & Reconciliation – Analyze aging reports, flag collection risks, and support month-end close tasks
✅ Credit & Collections – Support credit reviews and follow-ups on overdue balances, preparing documentation for management as needed
🔹 Experience in accounts receivable, billing, or accounting support

🔹 Strong written and verbal communication skills
🔹 Confidence with accounting systems, Excel, and reconciliations
