Lithia & Driveway | Accounts Receivable Representative

The Accounts Receivable (AR) Representative is a liaison between Lithia Motors and our customers. The role is responsible for providing stellar customer service as it relates to both the efficient and timely collection of service and parts customer receivables as well as the professional response to inquiries regarding those receivables.

Location: Remote

Compensation Range: $16.85-24.05, with a typical starting range of $16.85-21.00 Actual pay may vary based on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. Final compensation will be determined during the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.

What You’ll Do

  • Monitor customer accounts daily and identify aged receivables
  • Contact customers to secure timely payments
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and system updates
  • Handle inbound AR-related calls and billing inquiries
  • Research and resolve service and parts billing issues
  • Respond to internal and external inquiries within service-level timelines
  • Support additional AR and collections tasks as needed

What You'll Bring

  • Clear, professional communication (written and verbal)
  • Strong active listening and problem-solving skills
  • Critical thinking with the ability to evaluate and resolve issues effectively
  • Strong time management and ability to prioritize competing tasks
  • Prior customer service experience
  • Experience with outbound calls or collections is a plus
  • Comfortable navigating multiple systems and tools
