Perpetual Wealth Management

The Perpetual Wealth business consists of distinct brands including Perpetual Private, Fordham, Jacaranda and Priority Life – together offering a unique mix of accounting and wealth management services. With a diverse range of capabilities including strategic advice on superannuation and retirement planning, accounting, asset protection, insurance, tax management, estate planning, aged care, social security, succession planning and philanthropy. About the Role

You will be responsible for managing collections activities, accounts receivable processes and stakeholder queries while maintaining a strong focus on customer service and stakeholder relationships. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with business leaders, finance teams and clients while contributing to the financial performance of the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end credit control and collections activities for the Perpetual Wealth business.

  • Process receipts, banking transactions and payment allocations accurately and efficiently.

  • Monitor outstanding debtors and ensure collections are completed in line with agreed engagement terms.

  • Investigate and resolve client fee and account queries while delivering a positive client experience.

  • Prepare accounts receivable reporting, monthly statements and collection updates for stakeholders.

  • Support month-end activities, account reconciliations and ongoing improvement of finance policies and procedures.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • At least 3 years' experience in a similar accounts receivable or collections role.

  • Experience in professional services environments is highly regarded.

  • Strong communication and relationship management skills.

  • Ability to manage client queries and collections activities with professionalism and attention to detail.

  • Experience using accounting and finance systems, along with strong Microsoft Office skills.

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
