Due to business growth, we are currently hiring an Accounts Receivable Officer based out of our Hamilton Brisbane office, on a 12-month Fixed-Term Contract.
Reporting to the Accounts Receivable Supervisor, this is a varied role where you'll play an important part in ensuring resident accounts are accurate, payments are processed correctly, and billing queries are resolved with care and efficiency. Key Responsibilities
• Process resident charges, payments and receipts, ensuring accounts remain accurate and up to date

• Complete bank reconciliations and resolve payment discrepancies in a timely manner

• Maintain resident billing records, statements and account balances

• Manage bonds, refunds and account adjustments while partnering with internal stakeholders

• Support month-end reporting, system testing and continuous improvement initiatives

About You
• Previous Accounts Receivable experience in a fast-paced environment

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage high-volume transactions accurately

• Confident using Excel and financial systems (JDE experience highly regarded)

• Customer-focused with excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Organised, proactive and able to manage competing priorities effectively
