  Prepare, process, and send invoices.

  Ensure compliance with billing procedures.
• 
  Process and coordinate with clients for collections.
• 
  Provide support clients for data verification or other finance-related concerns.

  Analyze opportunities for improvements based on billing information.
• 
  Prepare and report monthly sales and year-end sales.
• 
  Reconcile daily, monthly, and yearly transactions.
• 
  Monitor all bank deposits and payments.
• 
  Reconcile bank statements.
• 
  Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• 
  Reconcile and ensure financial records are kept up to date with the latest transactions and changes.

• 
  Maintain records and receipts for all transactions.
• 
  Participate in internal and external audits.
• 
  Provide administrative support during budget preparation.
• 
  Coordinate and support other departments such as, but not limited to, Admin, Account Management and Agency Operations for verification of data or other finance requirements.
• 
  Support the Chief Financial Officer and executives with projects and tasks when required.
