Key Responsibilities
About you
Are you an experienced Accounts Receivable or Collections professional who knows that
successful debt collection is about more than simply chasing payments? You bring proven experience managing customer accounts, resolving disputes, assessing risk and finding practical solutions that achieve results while maintaining strong customer relationships. Comfortable working within an ERP system and using Excel to analyse and manage data, you're someone who can think
on your feet, navigate difficult conversations professionally and confidently negotiate positive outcomes.
You take pride in getting things right the first time, have a keen eye for detail and enjoy digging deeper to understand the root cause of issues rather than applying quick fixes. Just as importantly, you're proactive, commercially minded and enjoy being part of a collaborative team where people support one another, share ideas and continuously look for better ways of working. If you're looking
for an opportunity where you can make a genuine impact, build strong relationships and bring your collections expertise to a business that values both results and people, we'd love to hear from you.
