The Opportunity

Based in Milton, QLD, the Accounts Receivable Officer in the Accounts Receivables Team within our Shared Services plays a key role in managing the accurate and timely processing and allocation of daily receipts and other financial transactional processing. Responsibilities will include:

  • Process Daily receipts from Customers
  • Reconciliation of accounts, some of which are complex
  • Processing of financial transactions
  • RCTI payment processing
  • Copy invoices for customers
  • Manage unallocated payments/unknown payments
  • Banking tasks when required

About You

Our ideal candidate will be on the junior end of the scale to balance the experience of the team. Key competencies include the following.

  • Understanding of accounting procedures
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Team Player
  • Some experience in high-volume Accounts Receivable processing with deadlines is highly regarded
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Office suite, Adobe
  • Knowledge of JDE highly regarded (but not necessary)
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal
  • Strong numeracy skills
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks
