📊 Accounts Receivable Lead | Drive Accuracy & Accountability at ETP!

📍 Location: Orlando, FL | 💰 Pay: $21.73 – $26.18 per hour

What You’ll Be Doing

✅ Billing & Invoicing: Generate invoices, addendum billings, and credit memos for rental contracts, shows, and sales while verifying approvals, tax application, damage waivers, and credit status.

✅ System & GL Posting: Enter AR invoices into the accounting system, verify account coding accuracy, and post transactions to the general ledger.

✅ Collections Oversight: Review AR aging reports and oversee collection activities, including follow-up on problem accounts.

✅ Credit Management: Manage the credit application process and recommend appropriate credit limits and terms.

✅ Month-End Support: Assist with month-end close related to AR procedures and review reconciliations prepared by the AR team.

✅ Customer File Maintenance: Ensure proper documentation of credit files, insurance certificates, and sales tax status.

✅ Process Improvement: Continuously review AR procedures and recommend operational enhancements.

✅ Team Leadership: Participate in training, coaching, and motivating AR team members to drive strong performance and accountability.

What We’re Looking For

✔️ 5 to 10 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or related accounting field
✔️ BS or AA Degree in Accounting preferred
✔️ Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV preferred
✔️ Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
✔️ Strong knowledge of billing, collections, credit risk, and general ledger processes
✔️ Ability to lead by example while supporting and developing team members
